The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’) place duties on employers, designers and contractors to take health and safety issues into account and to co-ordinate and manage them efficiently throughout all stages of a construction project, from conception, design and planning through to subsequent maintenance and repair1.
