The Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents is being reviewed in the light of the UK ceasing to be a member state of the EU on 31 January 2020 (exit day).

On 24 December 2020 the UK government and the European Commission announced a deal in principle on the legal terms of the future UK-EU relationship.
