72.27 Confidentiality agreements or confidentiality clauses

If a contracting party to an agreement agrees that certain information is to be kept confidential, and the obligation extends to confidential information received from a third party, then the third party may be able to enforce that obligation if the contracting party receiving the confidential information breaks the obligation.
