If the nature of the relationship between a person and a commercial organisation (whether it is formally labelled or whether it is contractual or non-contractual) is not determinate as to whether the person who makes or offers a bribe will make the commercial organisation commit an offence, then it is necessary to look at other wording used in the Bribery Act 2010.
