63.3 Agreed press release

Parties sometimes agree the form of a press release during the course of their negotiations, and agree to issue the release once the agreement has been signed. In such cases, it can be convenient to attach the agreed form of press release to the agreement as a schedule or annex, and to add to the clause dealing with press releases an additional sentence:

‘The Parties agree to the issue of a press release substantially in the form attached as Annex A, upon and following signature of this Agreement by both Parties.’
