17.2 Commercial practice

Most commercial contracts are signed using one of the following methods:

  1. (a)

        all parties are present at a signing ceremony where each party signs all the original versions of the contract (and each party keeps an original signed by all parties);

  2. (b)

        the agreement is signed at different times by the parties, with each party signing all of the originals. Once all parties have signed all the originals, they are distributed among the parties, so that each keeps one or more original versions of the signed agreement;

  3. (c)
