90 Persons who may present a petition

The following categories of persons may present a petition for a bankruptcy order against an individual1:

  1. 90.1

        one or more of the individual’s creditors;

  2. 90.2

        a temporary administrator within the meaning of the ‘Recast’ EU Insolvency Regulation2;

  3. 90.3

        an insolvency practitioner, within the meaning of the Recast Regulation3, appointed in proceedings by virtue of that Regulation4;

  4. 90.4

        the supervisor of, or any person (other than the individual) who is for the time being bound by, an IVA proposed by the individual and approved underPart
