69 Accounts and progress reports

Where the individual voluntary arrangement authorises or requires the supervisor:

  1. 69.1

        to carry on the debtor’s business or to trade on his behalf or in his name;

  2. 69.2

        to realise the assets of the debtor or (in a case where the debtor is an undischarged bankrupt) belonging to the estate; or

  3. 69.3

        otherwise to administer or dispose of any funds of the debtor or the estate,

the supervisor must keep accounts and records of his acts and dealings in, and in connection with, the arrangement, including, in particular, records of all receipts and payment of money1.
