66 Control by the court

The court may exercise control over the IVA by giving directions or by removing the supervisor or appointing a further supervisor to assist in the implementation of the IVA1. The Insolvency Act 1986 gives the court a wide discretion to give directions in relation to any matter arising under the IVA on the application of the supervisor2. Additionally, the debtor, any of his creditors or any other person dissatisfied by any act, omission or decision of the supervisor may apply to the court and on such an application the court may3:
