64 Annulment of bankruptcy order following approval of voluntary arrangements

Where the approved IVA relates to a debtor who is an undischarged bankrupt, the Insolvency Act 1986 Section 261 requires the court to annul the bankruptcy order made against the debtor on an application made by the debtor or, where the debtor has not made an application within the time prescribed by the rules1, by the Official Receiver2.
