58 Applicants for reliefThe persons entitled to apply to challenge the creditors’ decision are1:58.1 the debtor;58.2 any person entitled, in accordance with the rules, to vote in the creditors’ decision procedure or who would have been so entitled if he had notice of it2;58.3 the nominee or his replacement; and58.4 where the debtor is an undischarged bankrupt, his trustee or the Official Receiver.
