50 Reporting to the court and notifying creditors and others of the decision

The chair or convener must prepare a report of the creditors’ decision, stating1:

  1. 50.1

        whether the proposed individual voluntary arrangement was approved (if appropriate specifying any modifications made) or rejected;

  2. 50.2

        a list of the creditors who voted or attended or who were represented at the meeting or decision procedure (as applicable) used to consider the proposal, setting out (with their respective values), and how they voted on each resolution or whether they abstained;

  3. 50.3

        whether the proceedings are main, territorial or non-EU proceedings; and

  4. 50.4
