47.3 Consideration of the report

Once the report is submitted, the court considers it at a hearing1. At the hearing by the court to consider the nominee’s report, any of the persons who were given notice of the application for an interim order may appear or be represented2. This includes any creditor petitioning for bankruptcy who may presumably request the court to direct that the proposal should not be put to creditors despite the nominee’s opinion to the contrary.
