46 Information to nominee

46.1 Proposed terms of IVA and statement of affairs

The debtor is required to submit to the nominee1:

  1. 46.1.1

        a document setting out the terms of the individual voluntary arrangement which the debtor is proposing2; and

  2. 46.1.2

        a statement of affairs3 containing such particulars of his creditors, debts and other liabilities and assets and such other information as may be prescribed, namely4:

    1. (a)

          a list of the debtor’s assets and estimates of their value;

    2. (b)

          in the case of any property on which a claim against the debtor is wholly or partly secured, particulars of the claim
