41 Procedure on application

41.1 Making the application

Where a debtor, who is not bankrupt, requires the protection of an interim order, he should apply for it by way of an application notice containing the standard contents1 for an application to the debtor's own hearing centre if applicable)2. In the case of an undischarged bankrupt, the application is made to the hearing centre having conduct of the bankruptcy3. In either case, the application must be accompanied by written evidence in the form of a witness statement verified by a statement of truth4 of the following matters5:
