360 Supplemental powers of the court

The court has power at any time after the presentation of a winding-up or bankruptcy petition against any person or company who is a member of a partnership to make an order or give directions as to the future conduct of the relevant insolvency, including provision as to how the joint estate of the partnership or the separate estate of any member of the partnership should be administered1.
