357 Insolvency of partnership alone

Where the partnership consists of not less than eight members, any partner may present a petition for the winding up of the partnership as an unregistered company without a concurrent petition against one or more partners on the ground that a debt to the member of at least £750 remains outstanding and has not been secured or compounded for to the member’s satisfaction for three weeks after service of a written demand in the prescribed form1.
