328 Administrator

An administrator is an officer of the court (whether or not he is appointed by the court)1. He must perform his functions as quickly and efficiently as is reasonably practicable2. He must be qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the partnership3. More than one person may be appointed to act by a single appointment4, but the appointment must then specify which functions are to be exercised by them jointly and which functions are to be exercised by any or all of them5.
