317 The Insolvency Act 2000 and the Enterprise Act 2002

The Insolvency Act 2000 and the Enterprise Act 2002 brought about a number of changes to the insolvency regime which affect the law relating to insolvent partnerships. These changes include obtaining a moratorium in respect of the debts of a partnership whilst a partnership voluntary arrangement is being formulated and presented to its members and creditors for approval1.
