313 Revocation or amendment of a debt relief order and the powers of court in relation to the order

Section 251L of the Insolvency Act 1986 confers on the Official Receiver power, during the moratorium period, to revoke the debt relief order in the circumstances specific in the section1; and amend a debt relief order to correct an error or remedy an omission2. However, the latter power does not allow the Official Receiver to add any debts that were not specified in the application for the DRO to the list of qualifying debts3.

Section 251M(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 provides
