312 Objection to debt relief order

Any person specified in a debt relief order as a creditor to whom a qualifying debt referred to in the order is owed may object to1:

  1. 312.1

        the making of the debt relief order;

  2. 312.2

        the inclusion of the debt in the list of the debtor’s qualifying debts; or

  3. 312.3

        the details of the debt specified in the debt relief order.
