311 Restrictions applying to debtor

As part of the price for obtaining a debt relief order, the debtor is obliged to accept some limitations on his future activities. More particularly, a person in respect of whom a debt relief order is made:

  1. 311.1

        is precluded from obtaining a further debt relief order in the period of six years from the determination date of any prior application which led to a debt relief order1;

  2. 311.2

        commits an offence if he acts as a director of a company or directly or indirectly takes part in or is concerned in
