304 Discharge of administration order

The debtor may obtain a discharge of the administration order by paying sufficient money into court to pay1:

  1. 304.1

        each creditor scheduled to the order to the extent provided by the order;

  2. 304.2

        the costs of the claimant in the action in respect of which the order was made; and

  3. 304.3

        the costs of the administration.

On the discharge of the order, the debtor is discharged from his debts to the scheduled creditors2.
