30.2 Notice requirements

Under the deemed consent procedure, creditors who would be entitled to vote at a meeting1 (ie have not opted out of meetings2) are given notice of3:

  1. 30.2.1

        the matter about which the creditors are to make a decision,

  2. 30.2.2

        the decision the person giving the notice proposes should be made (the ‘proposed decision’),

  3. 30.2.3

        the procedure for objecting to the proposed decision;

and are also given notice that4:

  1. 30.2.4

        if less than 10 per cent by value of creditors of creditors object to the proposed decision in accordance with the procedure set out in the notice, the creditors are
