299 Procedure on application

A debtor wishing to obtain an administration order must file an application for such an order in the court for the district in which he resides or carries on business1. Guidance notes for completion of the form are provided2. The form includes a statement of assets and income, monthly expenditure and arrears, a list of creditors and, if the debtor wants to suggest the same, a proposed offer of payment to the creditors per week or per month.
