298 Prospective amendments

The provisions in the County Courts Act 1984 under which administration orders are made1 were substantially amended by the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, although the amendments were never brought into force. Those amendments have in any event been superseded by the amendments proposed to be made by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, and accordingly the amendments proposed by the 1990 Act are entirely otiose.

The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 replaces the existing Part VI of the County Courts Act 1984 (dealing with administration orders) with entirely new provisions2. At the date this
