292 Effect of insolvency administration order on prior rights and transactions

An insolvency administration order has the same effect as a bankruptcy order on the rights of occupation of the deceased debtor’s spouse (or civil partner), transactions at an undervalue, preferences, extortionate credit transactions, a general assignment of book debts, contracts to which the deceased debtor was a party, distress, apprenticeships and liens on books, papers and other documents1.
