287 Application for insolvency administration order

A petition for an insolvency administration order may be presented to the court by1:

  1. 287.1

        one or more of the deceased debtor’s creditors;

  2. 287.2

        a temporary administrator within the meaning of Article 52 of the EU Regulation on insolvency proceedings2;

  3. 287.3

        an insolvency practitioner (within the meaning of Article 2(5) of the EU Regulation) appointed in proceedings by virtue of Article 3(1) of the Regulation;

  4. 287.4

        the supervisor or any person who is bound by an individual voluntary arrangement;

  5. 287.5

        the personal representative of the deceased debtor; or

  6. 287.6

        where a criminal bankruptcy order
