274 Timing of application; duration of order

Except with the permission of the court, an application for a bankruptcy restrictions order in respect of a bankrupt must be made before the end of the period of one year beginning with the date on which the bankruptcy commences1. The order may not be made for less than two years beginning with the date on which the order was made nor after the end of the period of 15 years beginning with that date2.
