272 Effect of bankruptcy restrictions order

A bankruptcy restrictions order may be made by the court on the application of the Secretary of State or the Official Receiver acting on a direction from the Secretary of State1. The effect of the order is that the person against whom the order is made is subject for the period of the order to a number of restrictions that are similar to those to which a bankrupt is subject. These include (but are not limited) to the following:
