268 Procedure

An application to suspend the running of the period of discharge may be made by the Official Receiver or the trustee in bankruptcy1. The application must be made and determined before the expiry of the period of the bankruptcy. However, where there are reasonable grounds for concluding that such an order would be made after the substantive hearing on the material then placed before the court and the application has been made (and put before the court on an interim application) before the expiry of the discharge period, the court may make an interim order suspending
