263 Final report

The requirement of a final meeting of creditors in a bankruptcy has been abolished with effect from 6 April 2017. The main purpose of that meeting had been to receive a report from the trustee on the administration of the bankruptcy and to consider giving, and, if thought fit, give the trustee his release.
