260 Notice of declaration

All creditors who have proved their debts are entitled to notice of dividend from the trustee1. The notice may be accompanied by the dividend payment itself2. Apart from its obvious contents the notice must also include the following prescribed information about the administration of the estate:

  1. 260.1

        the amounts raised from the sale of assets, indicating (so far as practicable) amounts raised by the sale of particular assets;

  2. 260.2

        the payments made by the office-holder in carrying out the office-holder's functions;

  3. 260.3

        the provision (if any) made for unsettled claims, and
