240 Costs of proving

Unless the court orders otherwise:

  1. 240.1

        the creditor bears the costs of proving for his own debt1; and

  2. 240.2

        the costs of putting an estimated value on a debt are expenses of the bankruptcy2.

Unless the court otherwise orders, the office holder is not personally liable for costs incurred in an application challenging his decision on a proof3.
