230 Vesting orders

The court has power1 to vest disclaimed property, or, as appropriate, order the delivery of such property to any person who2:

  1. 230.1

        is entitled to the disclaimed property, or a trustee for such a person;

  2. 230.2

        is under any liability in respect of the disclaimed property3, not being a liability discharged by the disclaimer, or a trustee for such a person; or

  3. 230.3

        where the disclaimed property is property in a dwelling house, any person who, at the time when the bankruptcy petition was presented, was in occupation of, or entitled to occupy,
