22 Which court?

The High Court and the county court have jurisdiction throughout England and Wales for the purposes of the Insolvency Act 1986 Parts VIIA to XI1. In addition to its ordinary jurisdiction, the county court has all the powers and jurisdiction of the High Court and its orders may be enforced accordingly2.
