215.2 Trustees other than the Official Receiver: release of trustee

When a trustee is removed from office by a decision of the bankrupt’s creditors during the course of the administration, they have to decide at the same time whether to release him or not1. Their decision must be recorded in the certificate of removal2. If the creditors decide not to release him, the trustee, if he wishes to be released, must apply to the Secretary of State for his release3.
