199 Control by creditors decision

Under the Act the trustee may, if he thinks fit, at any time seek a decision on a matter from the creditors and he is obliged to summon a meeting if he is requested to do so by a creditor supported by one-tenth in value of the creditors (including the creditor himself)1. This enables any matter of controversy to be decided by the creditors.
