194 Creditor's request for information about remuneration

A secured creditor, or an unsecured creditor supported by 5% in value of the unsecured creditors (or by court order), may make a written request for further information about remuneration or expenses set out in a progress report. Such request (or application to the court for permission) must be made (or filed) with 21 days of receipt of the report. The trustee must reply within 14 days by:

  1. 194.1

        providing the information requested; or

  2. 194.2

        providing some of the information requested; or

  3. 194.3

        declining to provide the information requested.
