192.4 Trustee’s report to creditors’ committee

As and when directed by the creditors’ committee, the trustee must send a written report to every member of the committee setting out the position generally as regards the progress of the bankruptcy and matters arising in connection with it, to which he, the trustee, considers the committee’s attention should be drawn. In the absence of any such directions by the committee, the trustee must send such a report not less than once in every period of six months1.
