192 Trustee’s duty to report

192.1 Duty to report

If a creditors’ committee is formed1, it is the duty of the trustee to report to the creditors’ committee anything which appears to him to be, or which they have indicated to him as being, of concern to them with respect to the bankruptcy2. In practice a major element of the reporting function will be to report on remuneration.
