181 Duties of bankrupt

The bankrupt is under a duty to deliver to his trustee any property, books, papers or other records in his possession or control of which the trustee is required to take possession1. That duty extends to any banker, agent or other person who holds any property forming part of the bankrupt’s estate which such person is not entitled by law to retain as against the bankrupt or his trustee2.
