176.2 Incomplete execution against goods taken by an enforcement officer

Where goods are taken in execution but the execution is not completed, the goods may be recovered from the enforcement officer or other officer charged with the execution by giving him notice that the debtor has been adjudged bankrupt1. In the event that notice is given, the enforcement officer or other officer charged with the execution must deliver to the Official Receiver or trustee the goods and any money seized or recovered in part satisfaction of the execution, but the costs of the execution are a first charge
