169 Section 310—Income payment orders

Income, of whatever nature, earned by the bankrupt after the commencement of the bankruptcy may be made the subject of an income payments order1, requiring the income to be paid to the trustee to form part of the bankrupt’s estate. ‘Income’ is widely defined as comprising every payment in the nature of income which is from time to time made to the bankrupt or to which he from time to time becomes entitled, including any payment in respect of the carrying on of any business or in respect of any office or employment and any
