167 Types of property not belonging to or vested in the bankrupt at the commencement of the bankruptcy which may also vest in the trustee

Section 283(1)(b) provides that a bankrupt's estate also comprises:

‘any property of the which by virtue of any of the following provisions of this Part [ie Part IX Bankruptcy] is comprised in that estate or is treated as falling within [paragraph (a)].’

This refers to the following:

  1. 167.1

        property disposed of after the date of presentation of the petition or application (Section 284);

  2. 167.2

        the bankrupt's after-acquired property claimed by the trustee (Section 307);

  3. 167.3

        property excluded
