154 Application to annul

An application to annul made under the Insolvency Act 1986 Section 282(1)1 must specify under which paragraph of that sub-section it is made, and must be supported by written evidence stating the grounds on which it is made2. If the application is made on the basis that all the bankruptcy debts which have been proved and all bankruptcy expenses have been paid or secured in full, the evidence must set out all the facts of which the court must be satisfied before annulling the bankruptcy order3.
