145 Information about time/cost remuneration

Before the bases of remuneration are determined, the trustee has to deliver certain information to the decision makers1. There are two principles which must be complied with:

  1. 145.1

        If the trustee wishes to fix his remuneration on a time/cost basis, he has first to deliver:

    1. 145.1.1

          a fees estimate; and

    2. 145.1.2

          details of the expenses he considers will be, or are likely to be, incurred2.

  2. 145.2

        In any event, the trustee must deliver (unless the information has already been delivered under the first principle3):

    1. 145.2.1

          the work he
