142 Hand-over of bankrupt's estate to trustee

Howsoever a trustee is appointed in the place of the official receiver, the following are required1:

  1. 142.1

        the Official Receiver must as soon as reasonably practicable do all that is required to put the trustee in possession of the bankrupt's estate;

  2. 142.2

        the trustee must either discharge or give an undertaking to discharge the Official Receiver's expenses (for which the Official Receiver has a charge over the estate in the meantime out of the first realisations);

  3. 142.3

        the Official Receiver must give to the trustee all information relating to the
