137 Creditors disagreeing with Official Receiver's choice

It is open to creditors, if they disagree with the Official Receiver, to make a requisition to the Official Receiver instigating a decision procedure of creditors if 25% by value of creditors support the requsition1. In that case the matter will proceed as if the Official Receiver had decided to call a meeting.
