2: DEBTOR’S BANKRUPTCY APPLICATION

124 Debtor’s application: Settlement and content of the bankruptcy order

  1. The bankruptcy order must be settled by the adjudicator. It must contain1:

  2. 124.1

        the information set out in Part 1 of Schedule 7; namely:

    1. 124.1.1

          debtor's title,

    2. 124.1.2

          debtor's identification details, and

    3. 124.1.3

          any previous name or other names by which the debtor is known or has been known during the last five years immediately before the date of the bankruptcy application;

  3. 124.2

        the date of delivery of the bankruptcy application on which the order is made;
